Follow up teaching update
Following the teaching we began weekly meetings with all those who were interested. For 5 weeks we had 3 men coming regularly with others coming sporadically. But since June we haven't had anyone attending. We will be putting the public teaching on hold for awhile. Please pray for the folks of Madina Bafé that they would look to the Lord in faith. Pray for us as we talk with people and challenge them of their need for him - that we would do this in a culturally sensitive way, but also in a way that communicates the gravity of the situation before them.

We are thinking of you and praying for you! I pray that you are not discouraged. Know that the word of the Lord will not return void!

In trying to be brief in my post I hope I didn't leave the impression that we were discouraged. We do desperately desire that our friends find deliverance from their sin and joy in Christ, but we also know that we cannot to this in our own strength. So, we trust that the Lord is doing what is best.
